Innovation:

The new conveying system (Vacumatic II) for existing coating machines was
specially designed for existing Mailaender coating- and printing machines.

The maintenance-intensive chain and pusher systems are being replaced by special vacuum belts.

- Speed up to 140 spm possible (depending on the condition of the coater and feeder)
- The new belt system is used for the feeding table to prevent scratches and to assure smooth sheet conveying to the grippers
- sheet thickness from 0,12-0,50 mm - fully automatic sheet length adjustment
- new side gauge (spot coating with accurate register, stable and exact)
- no change-over for scroll sheets
- no need of lubrication for the transport system
- aluminium sheet conveying without marks
- shorter setup time, no adjustment of sheet length
- the installation time amounts to 5 days only

This system gives you a pay-back within a short time and guarantees perfect functioning by replacing the old chain system. The system has been tested since 2004 by several customers with excellent results.
